
I’m not usually one to start my day with a smoothie. I typically prefer something warm first thing in the morning. But it’s summertime and I’ve been craving lots of fruit smoothies to jumpstart the day with lots of energy!
This morning I was craving a berry banana smoothie and whipped this up with ingredients already in my pantry and freezer.
Berry Banana Açaí Smoothie Recipe
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 tbsp. hemp seeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup organic canned coconut milk
Tropeaka açaí powder
Tropeaka lean vanilla protein powder
