

I’m always on the lookout for ways to use yummy seasonal produce coming off of the farm. Summertime is undoubtedly my most favorite time of the year for being in the kitchen. The amount of produce coming out of the fields is bountiful, the days are longer meaning the time I am able to spend in the kitchen is greater.
This gluten-free, vegan blueberry crumble is healthy enough to have for breakfast with a spoonful of dairy-free yogurt or as an afternoon sweet treat.
