
SWEET & SPICY CORN OFF THE COB
One of my favorite summer corn recipes!
Ingredients:
4 ears of corn
2 tbsp grass fed butter
1 jalapeño
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp honey
Start by removing corn husk. Then using a knife, cut the uncooked corn off of the cob.
In a warm pan with grass fed butter, add the corn and cook until heated through.
Dice jalapeño and add to the corn.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 tbsp of honey for a little extra sweetness!
